Is Eight Million Views a Lot?

So recently I reached a milestone of sorts … I mean, I guess …
As you can see, I now have 8 million views. But there’s an important caveat: on Ello.
Is that the same as getting 8 milly views on Highway 82 in Mississippi? Probably.
It’s also aggregated, so that represents something like 7 years of posts—over 11 thousand posts, donchaknow.
As you might also see in the profile screencap, I’ve got, like, 900 followers. That’s without ever having been featured by Ello. But how many of those are bots? Probably a lot, right?
Anyway, tell us what you think? Is eight million views a lot? Or given all these provisions, not really? And what does it matter? Does it matter? I can’t ever make up my mind about it.

Although comparison is a losing battle no matter what, let's compare. I've got 17.6k followers on Ello (probably 7/8 bots? LOL), I'm "featured" in the writing category, and I have 758k views. (I only have 647 posts, though. I was an early adopter and an early near-abandoner. 😁) So, even though I have 19 times more followers and am a featured writer, you have literally 10 times more views. That's a win, T. There's no shame in being a big fish in an obscure pond.
It's totally a ton of views. But it's like the free lunch my friend was offered. He said he was interested, but it all depends on what is meant by "free" and "lunch". I know what they mean to me, but I don't know what they mean to you.
I find comparisons of oneself to others a losing battle. I don't know the secret fears and hidden desires of others, but I do know mine. 8 million views is a lot of views. Period. Take the win and Keep it Classy San Diego! Well done.
